BEEF TONGUE | |
Tongue Salted water 1 bay leaf 1 lg. or 2 sm. pieces of garlic Soak tongue in heavily salted water a few hours. Then cover tongue with fresh water, 1 bay leaf, 1 large or 2 small pieces of garlic and cook until tongue is tender. Cool slightly and remove white coating from tongue. Slice and serve with mustard or horseradish sauce. |
