PICKAPEPPA STEAK 
1 flank or sirloin steak
1/2 c. butter
1/2 (5 oz.) bottle Pickapeppa sauce

In dry, hot skillet, cook each side of steak for 1 minute. Turn heat to medium. Add butter and pickapeppa sauce. Continue to cook 8 minutes on each side for a medium steak.
