DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Combine in bowl 1 cup cottage cheese heated to lukewarm. Add yeast and all other ingredients. Mix well - stir in flour to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover - let rise double in size - 1 hour. Stir dough - turn into a well greased 8 inch round casserole - let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Brush with butter, sprinkle with salt (optional).
