HEAVENLY JAM 
3 lb. ripe peaches
3 lb. sugar
Juice and grated rind of 1 orange
Pulp and juice of 2 oranges
3 oz. bottle maraschino cherries

Peel and mash peaches with potato ricer, discarding pits. Add sugar and let stand overnight. Add orange rind, juice, pulp and cherries, cut in small pieces, also cherry juice. Cook until thickened. Fills about 6 pint jars.

My family has enjoyed this Jam for many years.
