EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1 can Veg-All
4 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1 can Hungry Jack biscuits

Saute onion and celery in butter in a deep heavy saucepan. Add flour, salt, pepper and celery salt. Add broth and milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add veg-all and chicken and continue cooking until thickened. Pour into casserole dish and top with biscuits. Bake in 400 degree oven until biscuits are browned.
