2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Frost when completely cooled.

FROSTING:

6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Can be used with no frosting.
