CHICKEN-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 stewing chicken
1/2 lb. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
3 tbsp. chicken fat
3 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
4 c. chicken broth
4 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Celery salt

Stew chicken then save broth and meat. Melt chicken fat and butter, stir in flour. Cook 1 minute. Add broth and milk and cook until thickened. Add meat and seasonings. Add drained pasta. Bake at 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
