CHICKEN & NOODLES 
Flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 stewing hen
8 c. water
Salt & pepper

Break eggs into small bowl. Add salt. Mix with a fork tend start adding flour a little at a time until too thick to beat with a fork. Then place dough on counter and start rolling it out. This takes a lot more flour.

Separate dough into 2 parts and roll out very thin. Leave dough on counter several hours (about 3 hours). You may cover dough with paper towels or dish towels if you like but dough must dry. After drying cut into strips and drop into boiling broth. Drop a few at a time so broth does not stop boiling. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Cook your chicken about 40 minutes with the 8 cups water before adding the noodles. I debone my chicken before adding to noodles.
