SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lb. pork shoulder, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 minced onion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
1 chopped green pepper
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. vinegar

Brown meat, drain mushrooms, measure liquid. Add water to make 1 cup. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Add pepper, onions, molasses, soy sauce, vinegar. Simmer 15 minutes. Blend cornstarch with small amount of water. Add and stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
