2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white syrup

Place in saucepan. Mix well and boil for one minute. Pour mixture over 2 gallons popcorn. Toss and mix well.

Bake at 250°F for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
