1 box yellow cake mix
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 lg. and 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip

Bake cake according to package - cool. Make pudding according to package - cool. Crumb cake into small pieces. Put in punch bowl a layer of cake, pudding, strawberries. Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Chill before serving. Serves 30.
