QUICK CHEESY CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 tsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and begin heating slowly, stirring continuously so cheese will not scorch. After thoroughly blended and heated, pour up in serving dish and let cool some for the cheese to thicken, before serving.
