ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (15 oz.) can artichokes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Mash artichokes, mix with other ingredients. Put into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice to cut richness. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Dip tortilla chips into mixture.
