CASSEROLE FOR A CROWD | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. chopped pimento 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. cooked macaroni 1 c. bread crumbs 1 stick butter Toast bread and break into crumbs, mix with melted butter. Brown beef on medium heat, add onion and cook until tender. Add next 8 ingredients. Stir in macaroni and pour into large buttered casserole. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can put into two smaller casseroles and freeze for later use. |
