"KID'S LOVE IT" CASSEROLE 
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Water
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs

Brown beef, onion, and garlic in oil. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain reserving liquid, and add enough water to make 1 cup. Combine liquid with spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Stir into meat mixture and simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with cooked macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, and oil. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Before serving, let stand for 10 minutes to prevent cheese from becoming stringy.
