ROCKY ROAD CANDY | |
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet or mild chocolate chips 2 tsp. half & half 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. shredded coconut Makes 2 dozen candies. 1. Combine chocolate chips and half & half in medium bowl. Microwave at medium high until chocolate chips are melted 1 or 3 minutes, stirring once during cooking. 2. Stir in vanilla and remaining ingredients until coated. Press into greased square baking dish. 8 x 8 inches. Chill. |
