2 chuck steaks 3 bell peppers 1 onion 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes 1 tsp. spicy Mrs. Dash 1/4 tsp. salt 2 c. Minute rice Cut up steak into 1 inch pieces. Spray Pam into frying pan, and brown steak. Cut up peppers and onions. Put into pot and add tomatoes, Mrs. Dash and salt. Cook until meat and vegetables are tender. In separate pot make Minute rice. Serve mixture over rice along with flour torts. Chicken can be substituted for chuck steak. |
