MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cream all icing ingredients together and pour over warm cake.
