CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries
2 (3 oz.) boxes jello (raspberry, cherry)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. boiling water
pecans (optional)
celery, diced (optional)

Mix jello and boiling water until dissolved. Add can of cranberries and crushed pineapple (with the juice). Mix well, place in refrigerator (uncovered) until firm. (May add chopped pecans and/or diced celery.)
