CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 (No. 10) cans whole cranberries
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange slices
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine (walnuts or pecans)
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 large pkg. red raspberry Jell-O, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water and cooled
1 can chunky applesauce (this is optional, see following)

Mix cranberries, orange sections, nuts, crushed pineapple and juice, celery and cooled red raspberry Jell-O. Chill. Will freeze okay. One can of chunky applesauce can be added to stretch recipe.
