COCONUT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can Cream of coconut
1 carton Cool Whip
Coconut (toasted)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (optional)

Prepare cake mix according to directions in 9x13 pan. Punch holes in cake after removing from oven. Pour Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut over cake. Let cool and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle top of cake with toasted coconut.

If pineapple is used, layer on cake before Cool Whip.
