COCONUT CREAM RUM SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (3 oz.) box coconut cream pudding (do not cook)
1/2 tsp. run flavoring

Mix all together and chill. It may be made the day before and left in refrigerator overnight.
