FIREHOUSE CHILI 
2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 bunch cilantro
4 or 6 oz. can Ortega chilies, chopped
4 or 6 oz. can jalapenos, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped or diced
4 stalks celery
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. turkey cubes
3 sm. shakes cayenne and pepper

Fry turkey in pot. Simmer rest of ingredients for 1 hour. For better taste and more flavor save for next day.
