FIREHOUSE CHICKEN 
4 c. rice
2 chickens, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans of milk
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 whole onion

In a large roasting pan, combine rice, soups and milk. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Cut whole onion into rings and spread over top of chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over top. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
