MYSTIC PIE 
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Ritz crackers
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Roll out crackers. Add nuts and baking powder. Mix well and fold in egg whites. Pour into buttered pie plate.

Bake at 35°F for 30 minutes.

When cool, top with whipped cream.

Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 1 hour.
