FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and press into large baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix well and spread over first layer when cool

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. or 1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and spread over second layer. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
