HOT TURKEY/MANDARIN SALAD 
3 c. turkey, cooked & diced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. onion, sliced
1/4 c. almonds, sliced
1 (6 oz.) container tropical fruit yogurt
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
Lettuce, shredded
1 c. chow mein noodles

In microwave-safe dish, combine turkey, celery, onion and almonds. Cover and vent. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and ginger. Microwave turkey mixture on medium-high for 4 minutes. Stir in yogurt mixture and orange sections. Cover and microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put mixture on top of shredded lettuce and top with chow mein noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
