STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix with pudding in it
3 tbsp. self rising flour
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. water

Mix first 3 ingredients together well. Add rest of ingredients. Beat 3 minutes. Add 4 ounce of frozen strawberries (10 ounce box thawed and drained will make 4 ounces). Beat about 1 minute to mix. Makes 3 layers. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix cream cheese with Cool Whip gradually. Then add box of confectioners sugar and mix well.

1 can strawberry pie filling put icing as filling and dabble with pie filling.
