STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 c. oil
1/2 c. water
5 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat all ingredients together, blending well. Put in three greased and floured pans. Bake about 40 minutes. Shorten time if 2 pans are used.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice

Blend butter and cream cheese well. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Will frost three 9 inch layers. Store in refrigerator if frosting is too soft. Keep cake refrigerated.
