COCOA FUDGE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 scant c. flour
1 c. nut meat
1 tsp. baking powder

Melt butter, beat eggs and add sugar to cocoa. Add baking powder to flour and sift. Add nuts to flour mix. Put together, add butter last. Put mix in shallow pan. Bake at 300 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with Mocha Frosting.

MOCHA FROSTING:

1 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. hot coffee

Cream butter and sugar; add cocoa, coffee and salt. Stir until smooth. If too dry add more coffee. Spread over cool cake.
