2 lbs. ground beef
2 sm. onions (peeled and minced)
2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. horseradish sauce
1 tsp. mustard
4 tbsp. minced green pepper
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. catsup

In a bowl, combine thoroughly all ingredients except catsup. Pack mixture into greased loaf pan (9x5x3). Pour catsup over packed mixture. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until well done in the center. Serve with whipped potatoes and buttered spinach.
