2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 2 c. bread crumbs 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 eggs 1/4 c. horseradish 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. ketchup Combine all ingredients except ketchup. Mix thoroughly. Place 1/2 into roasting pan, shape into a loaf. Spread ketchup over top. Bake 350 degrees, 30-45 minutes. | |

We really liked this recipe. I added mushrooms for another vegetable. Next time I would add another egg to keep it from falling apart and a bit more horseradish for more heat.
