LITE CHEESE SOUP 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. onion, shredded
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) jar Lite Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. lite beer
2 1/2 c. skim or 1/2% milk
Dash pepper

In large saucepan melt butter. Add carrots and onion until tender. Blend in flour, pepper and brown sugar. Add milk and cook until thickened. Next add Cheez Whiz and stir until melted. Blend in beer, simmer for 3-5 minutes and serve. Serves 4-6 adults.
