CHICKEN WINGS | |
2 lbs. wings & drummies 1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tsp. ginger Place chicken in a flat dish. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain, leaving a little bit of juice, and bake another 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (Save liquid and simmer until about 1 cup is left. Pour over meat before serving.) Freezes well. |
