FRUIT SALAD TORTE | |
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail 1 egg 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda Brown sugar Chopped nuts Beat egg. Add sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored. Fold in flour and baking soda. Add fruit cocktail which has been drained. Spread into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish well greased. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream. |
