ROAST SENSATION | |
1 (3 lb.) roast 4 lg. potatoes 1 1/2 c. diced carrots 1/2 c. bell pepper 1/2 c. celery 1 lg. onion 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. brown flour 1 c. water 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 med. roasting bag 1 roaster pan Place roast in bag and place in pan; cut potatoes in quarters and place in bag. Cut onion in slices afterward add all ingredients as desired. Let oven preheat at 145 degrees for 1 hour before entering your roast. Let it cook for 1 1/2 hours in temperature 135 degrees. Delicious served over rice or with yellow corn bread muffins. |
