FAST AND EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 container Ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 lasagna noodles

Brown ground beef; drain well. Place 1/2 noodles in casserole dish. Layer ground beef, Ricotta cheese, spaghetti sauce and shredded Cheddar cheese, then another layer of noodles, Ricotta, ground beef, sauce and Cheddar cheese. Cook at 375°F for 45 minutes until bubbly. Serve with French loaf bread.
