COLE SLAW 
1/2 c. non-fat yogurt
5 tbsp. minced green onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. shredded carrots
1 sm. sweet pickle
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cabbage

Combine all ingredients except cabbage and carrots, mix well. Add remaining ingredients, chill. Yield: 2 servings - 1 serving = 59 calories.
