2 c. pink grapefruit sections
1 c. orange sections
1 head lettuce
2 c. ham, cut in 1/2 inch strips
1 (#2) can pineapple chunks
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 avocado (sliced)

Peel, section and drain grapefruit and orange. Tear lettuce in bite size pieces and place in bowl. Add ham, fruit and celery. Brush avocado with orange juice and add to salad. Drizzle with Honey Dressing. Serves 8.

HONEY DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil

Combine all ingredients except oil. Pour oil slowly into mixture beating constantly with an electric mixer.
