HAM AND MACARONI SALAD 
3 c. cooked elbow or shell macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. diced cooked ham

Rinse macaroni with cold water; drain. Mix remaining ingredients together in large bowl; add macaroni. Mix and sprinkle with paprika. Chill mixture about 1 hour. Serve on beds of lettuce on platter or serve in bowl with tomato wedges. 8-10 servings.
