SHRIMP BROCCOLI | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. white wine 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. cooked shrimp 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Buttered bread crumbs Cook broccoli; drain. Mix mayonnaise, soup, and wine. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Stir shrimp and cheese into sauce. In buttered 2 to 3 quart casserole, arrange broccoli in layers, ending with sauce. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes. Serve with buttered noodles or rice. |
