SHRIMP BROCCOLI SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thaw partially
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 c. sour cream

In a large bowl, melt butter. Add onions and cook until almost tender, about 4 minutes. Blend flour and 1 cup milk, gradually add remaining milk. Cook until milk bubbles and thickens slightly about 7 to 9 minutes. Add broccoli, shrimp, chives, salt and celery salt. Cook covered, 5 to 6 minutes, until broccoli is tender, but slightly crisp. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Mix in sour cream. Heat but DO NOT BOIL.
