VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. each, frozen broccoli, brussel sprouts and cauliflower
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook all vegetables according to directions on package, then drain.

Place in buttered casserole and add mushrooms. Combine undiluted soup, butter, salt and pepper over vegetables.

Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
