TURKEY CROQUETTES 
2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

CROQUETTES:

1/2 white sauce
2 c. ground turkey, cooked
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs

Melt butter in saucepan until lukewarm in temperature. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture boils a few minutes. Mix all croquette ingredients together; roll in cones and place in baking pan. Top with remaining half of white sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
