COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 unbaked pie shell
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Cream cheese, eggs, and sugar in mixer. Add butter; mix well. Add flour and milk alternately, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Put ingredients in unbaked pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven until firm when knife comes out clean, usually about 1 hour. Heat strawberries and thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch. When cool, put over cooled pie. Refrigerate.
