CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1/2 c. melted butter
4 oz. sour cream
1 sm. jar pimientos (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 med. size onion, chopped
3 beaten eggs
1-2 c. shredded cheese
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Mix all ingredients very well, except shredded cheese. Place in greased casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Last 15 minutes top with shredded cheese.
