POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add potato chips and pecans. Stir in flour; form into balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Grease bottom of a glass and dip in granulated sugar. Use this to flatten cookie dough balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cookies should be slightly brown on bottom but will not be brown on top. I let mine cool a minute or so before trying to remove from cookie sheet - they are fragile while hot. Very good cookies. Yield: Approximately 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
