SPICED CARROTS | |
2 lbs. carrots, cut into thick diagonal slice 1/3 c. water 3 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. brown sugar Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place in 2 quart baking dish combine all ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover and bake until carrots are almost tender, about 30 minutes. Uncover; baste with pan juices. |
