MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
CAKE:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

Bring to a boil and let cool.

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix with chocolate mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in a greased and floured cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.

2ND LAYER:

Put 2 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow cream on cake while still hot so it will melt some.

FROSTING:

3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Really, really good.
