MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
Dash of salt
3 tsp. vanilla

Cream together sugar, eggs and butter. Add rest of the ingredients above and spread into 9 x 13 inch lightly greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. When finished baking, cover top with miniature marshmallows and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Watch very carefully.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and then spread on top of marshmallows. Then enjoy!
